Mr. Marroquin is an energy consultant and international public speaker with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry.  He's published energy policy and strategy papers in academic journals.  Mr. Marroquin's career has taken me from the vast oil fields of the Persian Gulf to the headquarters of the world’s largest energy corporations.  He's am an officer in the American Association for Energy Economics and has most recently spoken at the 31st Annual International Association for Energy Economics conference in Istanbul Turkey.
